Prayer
Because we believe that prayer is essential to any ministry and should be the foundation of everything we do, ROAR students participate in prayer/worship times throughout the week. Each class day begins with a short time of worship and prayer led by one of our students. Students also join church staff at their weekly Thursday morning prayer time. ROAR students meet each Saturday night for revival prayer and participate in quarterly, focused nights of worship/prayer.
Serving
Because students at theROAR are studying for the ministry, there are many opportunities throughout the school year to serve on a local church level. This includes at Sunday morning services, special events, and specialized ministries.
Life Groups
All of our students start their academic week by participating in a Life Group led by our Men’s and Women’s Team Leaders. It's there - in a small, informal, relational setting - that additional personal discipleship takes place, and students grow and mature in their spiritual development by being accountable to their classmates.
Students worship together, have the opportunity to share the excitement and challenges that training for ministry brings, study the Word, and receive personal prayer and encouragement.
